		<description>It seems a bit excessive that I will be fined £200 (or up to a maximum of £1000 if it goes to court) if I do not permanently fix a no smoking sign to the dashboard of my company owned vans or cars. Surely it should be up to individual companies on how they are going to enforce the ban, and the fines should be made if the company fails to prevent smoking, not on the failure to stick signs everywhere.

		<description>Good to see that businesses are getting support to help ensure they are legal come July...but am I the only one to think the enactment of the signage part of the legislation is over the top? If smoking is banned in all enclosed public spaces, then surely we do not need the cluttering up of walls and doorways with even more signs. Should we put up &quot;do not kill&quot; signs just in case, as that is illegal too? Road speed signs are more sensibly set out - signs are only needed to show exceptions.</description>
